How we design events
Most events are built around a format first — then a location is chosen to host it. We work the other way around.
We start from the territory: its landscape, cultural layers, and the people who animate it. From there, the event architecture takes form — narrative, rhythm, participation, and staging emerging from the place itself rather than being applied to it.
This is what makes the difference between an event that happens to be in Sicily and one that could only have happened here.
Designed with the place
Each event is developed in relation to its surroundings: the spaces, the light, the materials, and the people connected to the place. This allows the experience to take on a tone and a depth that cannot be recreated elsewhere — and that participants carry with them long after the event ends.
A coeherent experience
When place is the starting point, every element of the experience becomes specific rather than interchangeable.
We design with attention to four principles: the territory as an active partner, not a backdrop; a narrative architecture that transforms moments into shared meaning; participatory formats that make contributors of participants, not spectators; and sustainability embedded into the decisions from the start — not added as a layer at the end.
The result is an experience that holds together because it was designed as a whole — not assembled from parts.

Immersive Sicily — Redefining Business Events starts from the opposite end. Rather than fitting an event format to a location, we let the territory shape the event architecture itself: its landscape, cultural layers, local ecosystem, and the people who animate it. The result is an event that cannot be replicated without losing its meaning — and that creates genuine value for both participants and the place that hosts them.
This approach was developed in collaboration with Nomad Studio Publishing and is one of the selected projects within BEFuture, the EU-funded initiative shaping the future of business events. This approach finds its expression in our signature event, RAW Pantelleria.
